Founded by former corporate executive Paula, Luxe & You Floral Cafe grew from her passion for floral design, event planning, and bringing people together. What began as a part-time creative outlet blossomed into a full-time labor of love. As lead designer, Paula and her team create stunning floral arrangements, host lively “Florals with Friends” workshops, and curate festive events designed to inspire creativity, connection, and community. And there’s more blooming soon! A full-service coffee bar featuring quick bites is coming Fall/Winter 2026, making Luxe & You Floral Cafe the perfect place to gather, create, sip, and celebrate.

Delivery fees vary depending on the location and distance. At checkout, you’ll see the exact cost for your area.
Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! You can order online anytime at luxeyouflorals.com or by phone at (804) 840-7667 during our business hours (Mon Closed, Tue-Sat 9:30 AM-4:00 PM, Sun Closed).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards, House Accounts, cash, and checks.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in Richmond?
Yes, we deliver to homes, hospitals, businesses, and venues across Richmond. Please provide the full address and any delivery notes during checkout.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as small gifts or keepsakes. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
